Today, I want to give you a quick update for our Austin real estate market.
We just finished the third quarter and the end of the year is approaching fast. Even so, we’re still seeing a very strong market right now.
Our average sales price has increased 6% from last year. However, the average days on market has basically stayed the same. Currently, that average is about 46 days.
Also, inventory and mortgage rates have both slightly increased.
There are great opportunities in our current market for buyers and sellers alike.
But, what does all of this mean for buyers and sellers in our area? Actually, this all means that there are great opportunities in our current market for buyers and sellers alike.
If you’re a buyer, get off the fence. The market is not going down in our area, and there’s no way to time it. Today is the time to buy a home.
